How do I know if the frames will fit my face?
We provide detailed measurements (lens width, bridge, and temple length) for every frame. We also offer an 'Alternative Fit' for those with lower nose bridges.
Are lenses included in the frame price?
Our frame prices include high-quality 1.60 or 1.67 high-index single vision lenses at no additional cost.
Can I get my frames adjusted?
Absolutely. You can visit any JINS retail location for a complimentary frame adjustment to ensure a perfect fit.
Do you accept vision insurance?
While we are an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
